ML Ops Engineer (offline)

We’re looking for an experienced ML Ops developer interested in contributing to growing and scaling a successful startup - where you will
have a tangible impact on the business and technology.

Requirements

● 3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine-learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving, and monitoring;
● Industry experience in software engineering roles and development experience in Python, SQL, Go, and/or other programming languages;
● 3+ years experience in technologies such as Tensorflow, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Spark (Pyspark), Prefect/AirFlow;
● Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills;
● Experience training and deploying machine learning models;
● Experience working with data science teams with conceptual knowledge of data science project lifecycles and techniques;
● Experience using relational databases, including PostgreSQL;
● Experience with Cloud and Containers. You have proficiency in using public cloud services from operators such as AWS with container orchestrators;
● Experience building automated big data pipelines;
● Experience performing data analysis and data exploration;
● Experience working in an agile delivery environment;
● Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Will be a plus:

● Experience in DevOps, MLOps, and SRE is a plus;


Responsibilities

● Design, implement, and maintain the MLOps stack;
● Seek and recommend improvements to current processes;
● Participate in code reviews for projects written by your team;
● Identify, document, automate, and engineer processes for repeated tasks;
● Prove the use of new technology with compelling proof of concepts and demonstration;
● Run machine learning tests and experiments;
● Contribute to our technology investments roadmap and help prioritize tech debt and architecture investments.
