The Integration Engineer will support the shaping of our engineering and development practices. This is a hands-on technical role, with a high degree of collaboration to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices. This role is a part of the next phase of Pandora’s transformation journey placing technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.

Responsibilities

- Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designs and integrations to drive targeted business outcomes.

- Bring the roadmap and vision to life by recommending, implementing, and refining solutions such as engraving.

- Establish critical Non-Functional Requirements at the solution level to enable and drive functional requirements to meet business capabilities.

- Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the engineering standards team.

- Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines.

-Ensure high quality and reliability of the data flow through the integrations using metrics, monitoring, and maintenance of the integrations.

- Develop technical documentation & artifacts to agreed engineering standards.

Skills Required

- 4+ years of experience with scalable software architectures using Azure App Services, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration, microservice frameworks.

- Experience with Kafka Event-Driven Architecture

- Experience with Azure Data Factory

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.

- Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions, networking technologies, Azure VMware service or similar.

- Experience in working and integrating with MQTT, REST APIs, web services and other modernized integration patterns

- Building and orchestrating API standards, publish subscribe, machine to machine network protocols.

- Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains.

- One or more of the following programming languages: Python, C#, Java, JSON.

- Experience working with Oracle DB, Google BigQuery and SQL Server databases: database right sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Technology agnostic mindset.
