CRM Customer Lifecycle Manager

We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the Team. Company is regulated multi-currency crypto wallet & e-money app that strives to bridge the gap between the new token economy and legacy banking. Think of us as “a meta-bank for the metaverse”.

About the role:
This role, reporting to the CMO, has ownership for delivering the daily/monthly active users (DAUs/MAUs) through improving onboarding conversion, activating & reactivating our customer base, driving loyalty and repeat users. The CLM marketing specialist will manage all customer activation across web and app, as well as managing the CRM (email, SMS, in-app notifications) marketing calendar to ensure we hit our forecast MAU targets.

They must be innovative, reactive, marketing-automation driven. An expert on how to drive the most value out of a large set of leads and customer base.

Key accountabilities:
-Planning & reporting
Lead the customer lifecycle planning and personalisation strategy, whilst remaining reactive to DAU/MAU targets
Optimise customer onboarding & post-acquisition journeys (improving funnel conversions, lead & customer nurturing) by consistently testing drip/trigger campaigns, converting leads into profitable customers and minimising lapsed customers
Planning multi-channel campaigns utilising opportunities in email, app notifications, SMS and other direct channels
Responsible for hitting MAU numbers & monthly revenue targets (mix of activated/reactivated and retained customers)
Lead on daily/weekly/monthly reporting for critical KPIs - funnel conversion, DAUs, MAUs, churn etc.
Align with the rest of the marketing team, to join up CRM marketing initiatives with the content calendar of headline content/promotions

- Campaign execution and analysis
Managing the content output to engage and convert users, running tests to consistently drive better conversions and taking the lead on quality control of ongoing comms
Setup drip & trigger based campaigns to optimise conversions across the user journey (onboarding flows, post-onboarding, user activation & loyalty)
Analyse campaign performance, suggesting improvements for future activity
Working with relevant teams to optimise on-site/app conversions
Develop an understanding and strategy for each channel in order to hit retention targets
Developing a deep understanding of onboarding flows, KYC & core KPIs across web and app

- Budget management
Optimise spending (promotional budget) to improve efficiencies
Responsible for managing the marketing budget for the channels you are responsible for
Review channel performance on a regular basis with the CMO to help inform decisions on moving budget between channels and campaigns

Person Specification:
- Skills & experience
5+ years experience in customer lifecycle, CRM or a retention marketing role
Deep understanding of LTVs, Share of Wallet, email marketing and familiarity with HTML & email coding
Strong knowledge of segmentation models and setting up trigger-based campaigns
Experience of Hubspot, eSputnik or a similar marketing tool
An understanding or experience of mobile apps is essential
Experience in building lifecycle programs
Demonstrable experience dealing with stakeholders at various levels
Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto or a regulated industry
