Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our exceptional engineering team. You will work on the industry-leading product distributed worldwide in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and elsewhere in the world. The position is available to work either in our offices in Kharkiv, Ukraine, or remotely.

Responsibilities include:
Communication directly with the Client and the development team;
Development, documentation, and management of requirements;
Identify, analyze, document and track software requirements; manage change;
Help the team clarify requirements;
Visualize workflows of a developed solution using usage diagrams and activity diagrams (UML) or process and collaboration models (BPMN);
Demonstrations of the implemented solution for the client;
Development of solution concepts and prototypes at the pre-sales stage

Potential candidates should have:
Аdvanced English;
Exceptional analytical skills;
1 year of experience as a business analyst supporting complex information technology systems;
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process;
Experience using bug-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software (e.g. Confluence);
Strong planning and documentation skills


Would be a plus:
Good knowledge of business process modeling;
QA experience
