Business Development Manager (offline)

Snaga Solutions is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Expert who will take the lead in setting up the Sales process in the company.

Our clients originate primarily from Ukraine and Poland, with new BDM we are planning to enter new markets in the EU and US. Our team has great experience in delivering engineering services and software solutions of different sizes and complexity. We are happy to consider candidates with experience in IT services as well as candidates from different domains but willing to try themselves in the new challenging business.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (sales, engagement, etc)
• At least 2 years of experience in management area (could be non-related to IT)
• Experience in establishing lead generation processes (full cycle sales experience is preferred)
• Experience in building strong relationships with Clients
• At least Upper-Intermediate (Advanced is preferred) English level
• Knowledge of digital marketing, understanding IT services market
• Knowledge of software development process and understanding popular technologies and trends

Would be a plus:
• Technical education & software development experience
• Understanding of SEO, web and mobile technologies
