Devico is looking for a motivated and talented Lead Generation Manager with commercial experience of at least 1+ years to join to our team on a full-time basis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to communicate with foreign customers;
- Upper Intermediate Written English;
- Experience in IT outsourcing;
- Analytical and systemizing mindset;
- Experience with Upwork and LinkedIn (big plus);
- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms;
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe);
- Building up effective communications with prospects;
- Business correspondence with potential clients;
- Clarification of the client’s requirements and sales activities;
- Experienced colleagues who are ready to share knowledge;

- Participation in a variety of projects with a wide variety of software development processes;
- Regular salary revisions.
