Head of Affiliates - Casino

As our Head of Affiliates - Casino, you will be responsible for leading the Affiliate department and driving ongoing quality traffic to our live casino brands.We are looking for an experienced and target driven individual, who is a result-oriented person.

What we expect of you?
-Hands on affiliation account management across several international markets.
-Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the Chilli Partners group new depositing customers.
-Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
-Managing, mentoring, and training the Affiliate department.
-Responsible for the Affiliate targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.
-Growing and developing the Affiliate team, including performance reviews, staffing and growth and career development.
-Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
-Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners.

What we’re after
-At least 6 years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming casino brands.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience of team management.
-Excellent understanding of business KPIs and dynamics.
-Strong management leadership and relationship skills.
-Proactive and multitasking personality.
-Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
-Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’.
