Project Description:
Due to audit findings, client is reviewing about multiple applications in the payment area.
Out of theses multiple applications, they create clusters of 10-30 applications based on identical technology.
The program is planned to be finished by end of 2024.

Responsibilities:
A project lead with the following skills is required:
- Ensures that the project is executed according to the agreed plan as well as
is carried out in accordance with applicable IT standards
- Ensures that risks, issues, actions, costs, plans, and other project artifacts relevant to the project are documented and traceable
- Ensures that appropriate committees (Steering Committees) are established to manage the project and provides regular reports to them on the status of risks and dependencies and makes suggestions for required decisions
- Creates decision templates and/or strategies for identified issues and risks
- Suggests discontinuation of the project if it becomes clear that the intended benefits are not being achieved
- Responsibility for quality assurance of project results
- Close collaboration with Corporate Bank and Postbank counterparts.

Mandatory Skills Description:
- 5+ years in the payment area
- High level understanding of swift messages. Not on individual field level but different types must be known
- 5+ years experience in delivery and an outgoing / proactive personality
- Be able to work independently and actively drive the closing of any audit findings.
- Educated in IT. No need for programming experience but an understanding of how components play together.
- Ideally, experience with audits
- German and English language skills are mandatory.
- This is a must to properly drive the project and counter any "no this is not possible" statements from stakeholders
- IT background

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Project management skills
- Couple of successful project completion within German environment
- Experience in large German retail banks
