Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess product performance metrics in existing brands and when launching new brands from scratch.
- Investigate product usage, pinpoint growth opportunities, and devise experiments informed by data.
- Establish strategies for short to mid-term product development.
- Manage the product roadmap, determine objectives and priorities, and communicate the vision to the team.
- Aid in shaping the broader product department strategy and its development process.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, balancing their requirements with deliverability.
- Lead innovation and foster people development through exemplary action.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Previous involvement in the iGaming, Fin-tech, Crypto or Dating industry.
- Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing product teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret complex data.
- Experience overseeing products from inception to launch.
- At least Upper-intermediate level in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to delve into details and think critically.
- Skilled in balancing metric-driven decision-making, a business mindset.
