We have our own engineering team supporting businesses with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high-load analytical systems, video streaming tools, and product store for our partners.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has 3+ years of experience in analytics in software development;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
- Can identify requirements and constraints, as well as risks;
- He or she easily distinguishes between verification and validation of requirements, and also applies both :)
- Can synthesize several alternative solutions, and then evaluate them and choose the most optimal;
- Can decompose the task into smaller ones and build a roadmap taking into account dependencies;
- Tends to record information in documents;
- Likes and knows how to explain to others the details of the system;
-Willing to learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with stakeholders;
- Requirements elicitation and management;
- Requirements modeling and representation in the form of user stories, use cases, diagrams, etc.
- Performing analysis of integration with 3rd party systems;
- Synthesis of solutions to fulfill requirements and mitigate risks;
- Task decomposition, roadmap creation;
- Writing documentation to describe system behavior.
