Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Academy SMART invites Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

About the role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to generate new sales leads through various marketing and sales tactics.

Responsibilities:
● Sales leads database generation;
● CRM system management;
● Communication with potential customers and partners;
● Social media communication and management;
● Schedule qualified calls and appointments for the sales team;
● New sales tools and leads resources discovering.

Requirements:
● Intermediate level of English and higher (both speaking and writing) - must have;
● Experience of work with Excel, Google Sheets;
● Proactivity, initiative, responsibility, self-organization;
● Good communicating and sociable skills;
● IT industry understanding;
● Ability to process big amounts of data according to the given requirements;
● Good team player that works on the one big goal achievement.

Nice to have:
● Experience with CRM system;
● Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator;
● Sales process understanding;
● Technical aspects understanding.

● Rate for candidates without experience: 350$ + bonus. It is discussable if you have some relevant experience;
