Requirements and responsibilities - 8-12+ full time years of experience in a software engineering capacity. - 1+ years experience in People Management - Analyze problematic code fragments from different points of view and propose possible implementation options. - Evaluating, identifying and guides scalable, testable, and reliable architecture and subsequent development of a product. - Writes functional, maintainable code in most mainstream languages by transferring the conceptual expert knowledge to other environments. - Write and test code, QA, refining and rewriting testable code. - Knowledge of algorithms and data structures and their asymptotic complexity. - Apply concurrency solutions (locks, lock-free sync, etc.) to write parallel programs. - Basic security knowledge. - Can build and extend Cloud native architectures takes environments and resource organisation into account awareness about regional deployments, requirements, collaborate with legal, etc. - Data Base knowledge. - Data Modelling. - Create data models considering performance, complexity, and maintainability trade-offs. - Proficient in SQL
