We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Automation team, which migrates infrastructure to code, automates CI/CD processes, improves the resiliency of our services, and supports company development projects. First and foremost, we are looking for a team player who loves his job. We have a strong technical team, and we are ready to help you develop.
What You Will Be Doing:
Providing customers with 1st line IT support;
Formalization of customer queries in Jira and escalating serious technical issues to the DevOps team;
Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback;
Assisting customers with account setup and application installations;
Troubleshooting IT issues by asking customers targeted questions;
Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems;
Work with Atlassian products;
External and internal systems administration;
Access control and accounts;
Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics;
Compiling IT instruction manuals and useful IT support resources.
2-5 years of experience as a support engineer;
In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments;
Advanced knowledge of IT software, hardware, and network setup;
Base knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/UDP, NAT/Firewall/VPN);
Extensive experience in resolving customer IT queries;
Proficiency in documenting processes;
Base knowledge of monitoring tools & logging;
Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products;
Ability to think critically;
A very good level of English, at least Upper-Intermediate. Fluent Russian.
Nice to have:
Experience working with CI/CD;
Experience working with cloud platforms;
Base knowledge of git.
