Senior UX/UI Product Designer (offline)

Hive on behalf of JiBe is looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer.

JiBe - is a cloud-based maritime ERP system that provides a complete solution for ship management.

JiBe is widely recognized as the most technologically advanced maritime ERP system that helps to orchestrate the every day cargo ship life. Currently the platform is successfully working within ships all over the seas.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with Product and R&D to develop a smooth user experience while ensuring proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement.
* Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and key
stakeholders.
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in development and production.
* Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes,
high-fidelity prototypes, and final design specifications.
* Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product
managers and engineers.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform AND
B2C applications.
* Experience with UX design of complex workflows for customers.
* Good understanding of technical concepts.
* Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and
complexity.
* Understanding the product lifecycle from research through UX practice,
high fidelity UI craft, and prototyping to usability testing.
* Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
* Experience in Figma.
* Possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced and
growing environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight
deadlines.
* Solid experience with UX.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication.
* Experience with complex systems (is a must)
