Communications Manager with crypto experience

We are looking for a creative and experienced community/social media manager with a self-starter mentality to grow the DEXILON community and manage our social media channels.

The ideal candidate understands the peculiarities of the various social networks, has experience in the field of cryptocurrencies and has excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for formulating and adapting our social media strategy in alignment with broader marketing goals and implementing it hands-on. You will be creating engaging content, posting on various channels, and communicating with our followers to grow our community, drive engagement, and manage our brand image. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
You will develop social media communities on various platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit etc.
Hire, train and manage community moderators
Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit etc. channels to keep the dialog going and answer any members’ questions
Collect information/feedback from the community on a regular basis & organize the data in an easy-to-understand format
Ensure that Twitter coordinators are actively responding/engaging on Twitter in the tone of our brand
Ensure that Tech Support is actively responding to support tickets within the correct time frames in Discord
Managing social media profiles, Twitter, and Instagram
Responding to messages, queries, complaints, and customer reviews
Ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations within Discord amongst community members
Create, edit, and publish content daily (text, photos, gifs, videos) to drive community engagement
Participate in communities and events to boost our brand awareness, organize online events such as community updates, AMAs
Coordinate with our marketing and product teams and keep our community updated on our latest services, features, promotions, and events
Manage our Telegram community chat with the support of community moderators – personal engagement is required
Identify and engage with influencers and ambassadors
Measure and report the success of community growth and engagement (quantitative and qualitative)
Continuously improve and evolve community-building methods

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, at least 1 year in crypto community management
Proven track record of scaling online communities on Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, and/or LinkedIn and growing engagement – be ready to give examples
Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, AirDrops, NFTs, and various crypto exchanges – you are up to date with current events
Ability to create original and engaging content for social channels
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively communicate with different personas across various channels and cultures
English -Advanced

Visual content creation (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) and/or video creation
Track record of hiring and managing a successful team of community moderators
Experience with Customer Support
