Our ideal candidate for the position of Project Manager should have the following qualities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including English);
Understand and speak the business language;
2+ years experience in a similar position in an IT company;
Excellent time management and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical challenges;
A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams;
The ability to predict challenges and obstacles;
Desire to work for results;
Desire and ability to learn;
Know-how and practices continuous development and professional growth;
What you should know to join our team:
Understanding and implementation experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
Experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc) and project status reporting;
Experience in project planning and estimating, knowledge of the necessary principles and techniques;
Will be an advantage, but not necessary:
Experience with Shopify;
Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
A high level of technical expertise.
What you will do:
Help clients achieve their goals by implementing and maintaining appropriate project lifecycle and workflow processes;
Create technical documentation and specifications, participation in project planning;
Analyze, plan and develop scheduled projects;
Hold regular team meetings;
Maximise income from projects through the management and efficient delivery;
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams;
