Head of Media Buying

PIN-UP is looking for a Head of Media Buying.

• Development, mentoring, and control of the Media Buying department;
• Planning and implementation of a media buying strategy based on CPM, CPC, and Flat Fee models;
• Responsibility for the budget, payback, optimization of the cost of attracting/returning a client, reporting;
• Development of tools necessary for the implementation of media buying, tracking, testing, and analysis of activities;
• Establishing the process of creating the necessary creative and content;
• Research competitors and new traffic channels;
• Establishing relationships with major traffic partners.

Job specific skills \ We require:
• Proven work experience in a similar role in IT, digital products, affiliate, or ad networks;
• Knowledge of different types of media channels;
• Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns;
• Working knowledge of analytics tools and metrics;
• Experience with budget planning and KPIs;
• Ability to manage and combine data;
• Strong decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication skills.
