Lead Generator and Researcher (offline)

You'll need to generate leads and do pre-sales in English for IT outsourcing remotely, applying all needful tools.

Main responsibilities
1. Search for leads using special tools, e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Snov.io, or similar, based on the ICP and defined search criteria.
2. Analyze leads’ correspondence in the existing database to validate matches with ICP.
3. Set up email campaigns in outreach platforms, e.g., Lemlist or similar, and manage deliverability.
4. Proactively approach companies and leads via email and LinkedIn to introduce our services.
5. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and regular follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
6. Collaborate with the CEO on the development and growth of the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
7. Participate in the pre-sale process, perform lead qualification, prepare presentations, and handle objections.
8. Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM system and log all communications.
9. Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports/dashboards.

Must have requirements
1. Fluent in spoken and written English.
2. Experience in research techniques and familiarity with the most common
tools for data search, e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Snov.io, or
3. Detail orientation; capability to perform advanced and enhanced research.
4. Result orientation; perception of the KPI approach.
5. Strong communication skills; experience in successfully initiating and maintaining conversations.

Would be superb to know that you have
1. Experience in cold outreach concepts and workflows.
2. Experience in outreach tools, e.g., Reply.io, Lemlist or similar.
3. Experience in CRM systems, e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar.
4. Familiarity with the most common tools for search & validation of emails,
e.g., PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Hunter, NeverBounce or similar.
5. Experience in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
6. History of an active LinkedIn user familiar with Sales Navigator.
