Business Analyst (offline)

Currently, we are searching for a committed Business Analyst to join our professional team. We aren’t just an ordinary Magento company, we are Magento and Shopware partner, and we don’t plan to stop. We also work with Laravel, Symfony, and React.

The company’s clients are E-commerce businesses from the USA, Australia, and Germany.

Required skills:
— 4+ years experience in business analysis;
— A minimum of 1 year experience in e-commerce;
— Work experience with clients from the USA, Great Britain, or Europe;
— Understanding of relevant documenting and diagramming techniques such as BDD, UML, Domain Models, Process Flow, Use Cases, User Stories, User Journeys;
— Knowledge of important e-commerce terminology and measures;
— Proficient in various data analysis techniques and procedures;
— Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.

Requirements for personal qualities:

— Effective communication skills, from project kick-offs to meetings and liaising with the relevant parties through to the end of a project;
— Highly organized, analytical, and technically-minded;
— Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively;
— Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

— Develop long, medium- and short-term goals together with the senior management team;
— Elicit software requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process workflows, and use cases;
​​— Priority of initiatives based on business needs and requirements;
— Risk management;
— Monitoring results and ensuring timely completion of projects;
— Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
