Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a vibrant professional to join our team and bring our sales processes to the next level! We're the Wombi team, building a "Google Analytics for the Web 3".

Web 3, the decentralized web built on blockchain, requires a new generation of user/customer analytics tools as the underlying technology is different from Web 2. There is no analogue to Google Analytics in Web 3.
Our product will help companies to understand their users better. In addition, we want to allow them an opportunity to use a Data-Driven approach in development.

This role gives the opportunity for growth into either Account Executive or Sales Manager.

πŸ“You will do:
● Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
● Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
● Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
● Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
● Proactively seek new business opportunities in social networks

πŸ“Key skills
● 2+ year of experience as an SDR in B2B companies (SaaS and/or IT Consulting industry, crypto, or blockchain) with a track record of achieving sales quotes (number of intros set per month, number of emails/messages sent/calls done)
● Proficiency with Sales CRM software (Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive etc.)
● Solid understanding of sales funnel and possible lead channels
● Experience generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
● Experience with institutional databases (e.g. Crunchbase), public access sites, and primary research skills
● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
● Fluent English (C1+)
