Project Manager (offline)

The project: Data analytics and data visualization platform for a large consulting company. Complex solution with a mathematical model on the backend. This product can help large supermarkets and other businesses to do analytics and forecasts.

Technologies that we use: Python3, React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLalchemy, AsyncPg, Pydantic, Uvicorn, Alembic, Azure services

We are looking for a PM with:
5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management in IT
Commercial experience in releasing and maintaining projects in the production environment
Experience in identifying and ensuring scaling opportunities within the account
Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS-based products
Affinity mapping experience
Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management
Upper-intermediate+ English

Here′s what you′ll be doing:
Work closely with the Product Management team to implement a roadmap for the product, mapping it against the team’s technical capabilities, and build motivated and effective teams
Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members
Facilitate daily standups/planning/retrospective meetings
Develop and implement risk assessment, change management, quality assurance, performance, and control measures to ensure completion of projects by established standards
Continually work towards making improvements to the project execution process
People management in terms of talent growth and resource management (hiring/ dismissing/changing the team structure, taking part in performance review process).
Potentially establishing and mentoring your own management team
