ABOUT PROJECT
PRODUCT
The product is a cloud-based procure-to-pay platform for the hospitality industry, facilitating an end-to-end procurement process from purchasing through inventory management to invoice processing. It's the foundation for seamless connectivity between Hotel Operations, Corporate Centres, and Suppliers.

Since 2001, the company has been creating and developing digital procure-to-pay solutions for the hospitality and gastronomy industries. Headquartered in Switzerland, with offices in France, Germany, Thailand, Australia, and the U.A.E. have 20+ years of experience bringing value, simplicity, and efficiency toprocurement, finance, F&B, operational & corporate teams.

You will work through the company 711media which provides user-friendly advertising services with the help of digital strategy, online marketing, and software development.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience as a backend engineer
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (at least bachelor's degree in Software engineering /Computer Science / Applied Mathematics OR confirmation of fundamental knowledge in SE/CS (Udemy or Coursera course certifications)
Understanding OOP/SOLID
English at least Upper-Intermediate level. Should be able to communicate with a native speaker from different countries (Australia, UK, India, etc.)
Experience with PHP programming language or similar (Python (Django), Ruby (RoR), Java (Spring))
Experience and outstanding understanding of RDMS

WILL BE A PLUS

German language knowledge
Experience with Symfony framework
Experience with SQL Server
Preferably familiarity with the workings of the Hotel & F&B industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

Development, deployment, and support of JSON-RPC API used by mobile and web application
Technical consulting for customers and his clients (for example, when new SCR comes from the end client)
Code review and mentoring of less experienced colleagues

PROJECT TEAM:
Around 9 people from the Ukraine (3 Back-End developers, 2 Full-stack engineers, 1 Senior Mobile engineer, 1 Technical writer, 1UX/UI specialist, 1 DevOps specialist)
50 overall including client’s side (they are from Switzerland, Germany, Philippines etc).
