Head of Sales (DSP Platform for Retail) (offline)

Who we are:
Admixer is a product company that provides a holistic Ad Tech stack both for supply and demand sides that allows building local ad ecosystems and leveraging niche demand, inventory, and audiences. Our modules cover all the programmatic functionality in various environments β€” Web, In-app, CTV, and DOOH.

The Admixer team could create custom AdTech solutions crafted for specific needs based on these products. We could combine already existing modules and integrations to build unique products for non-trivial tasks.

We are looking for a Lead Sales Specialist with experience in the retail domain to promote our DSP Platform for companies who need to run ads for their particular clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Selling our self-service DSP platform that uses data and technology to help advertisers effectively purchase audiences (or to use their own audiences) at scale across all digital media: creating Go-to-market strategy, searing the leads, increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, being responsible for product payback, business development activity, reporting to the CEO, giving feedback for the development team to improve the product.

Essential Criteria are the following:
β€” Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing or sales in the retail domain.
β€” Experience in building a partnership network WW.
β€” Readiness to take responsibility for making decisions, managing required metrics, and achieving KPIs.
β€” Experience with complex business-to-business operational processes and the ability to work on own initiative.
