Sales Lead Generator (offline)

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:
β€’ English – upper-intermediate;
β€’ Previous experience in sales of outsourcing/outstaffing services or product IT companies (at least 1 year);
β€’ Basic knowledge in the IT/technology sector;
β€’ Experience with LinkedIn and any CRM system;
β€’ Experience in negotiating with foreign customers in the IT industry;
β€’ Outstanding communication skills – you will be connecting with prospects constantly;
β€’ Sales-oriented, responsible, result-oriented, and fast learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€’ Conducting lead generation as well as prospecting and qualifying potentially new partners;
β€’ Initiating conversations with key decision-makers at target companies to identify their business needs;
β€’ Proactively scheduling calls with perspective clients;
β€’ Researching and developing prospective accounts;
β€’ Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
β€’ Working collaboratively with a Marketing and Sales team;
β€’ Using CRM, marketing and sales tools.
