Support manager (Betting) (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Processing and resolving requests from customers (helpdesk system, chat, email)
• Interaction with associated departments
• Communication with payment providers
• Communication with sms providers
assistance in testing of payment systems

Requirements

• Understanding of betting / igaming (required)
• B2 or higher level of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a tough customers

Work conditions:

• Remote work with a schedule: 09:00 to 17:00 / 17:00 to 01:00 (GMT+3 Kiev)
• 20 days of vacation
• 5 paid sick days
