Senior DevOps Engineer (offline)

Project Description:
Our Client is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a more than a 100-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide. Our Client develops, manufactures, and markets a comprehensive solution offering including dental and oral health products as well as other consumable medical devices under a strong portfolio of world-class brands. Our Client's products provide innovative, high-quality, and effective solutions to advance patient care and deliver better and safer dentistry.
The project is a recently started development of a web Flutter application for dentists and patients.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the companies CI/CD pipeline as part of the "CICD Workstream"
• Collaborate with our platform architecture, IT operations, system test, as well as software development teams to define our next generation software development approach
• Share your work results and knowledge with a network of R&D teams to adopt modern DevOps and CI/CD approaches
• Empowerment of our software development teams to employ the CICD pipeline and enable them to publish microservice software releases themselves:
o By collaboration and knowledge sharing
o By documentation of the CICD pipeline by means of work instructions
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in implementing CI/CD tools and methodologies like GitOps, Jenkins, and the Argo tools projects
• Knowledge in software development and deployment for the cloud. Experience with the Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
• High passion for software quality and modern development workflows
• Analytical approach to new challenges and ability to break down complex subjects
• Excellent communication skills, motivation to share knowledge within the international team and beyond
