Affiliate manager (offline)

We are a Ukrainian product company that has been developing in the global iGaming industry markets for 8 years. There are around 50 professionals in our team yet we maintain and greatly appreciate sincerity, lightness, and lack of micromanagement.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential new affiliate partners and effectively managing the ongoing relationship with existing partners;
- Acquire new partners to grow existing affiliate program;
- Successful activation and ongoing retention of the quality affiliates;
- Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates to negotiate existing and build future campaigns;
- Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates perform at their best;
- Manage the creation of necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
- Possibility to be part of the creative environment and contribute your input.

Requirements:
- Effective sales and negotiation skills;
- Upper intermediate English;
- Practical web-analytics skills (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb);
- 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing;
