Project Description:
Procurement manager will be responsible to cover HR services
preferrably the experience of working with payroll and healthcare
Responsibilities:
•Leads the analysis of Commodity and country requirements data and industry trends
•Leads and participates in Supplier Selection Activities. Supports implementation of Global and Regional contracts at Global and countries level. Assesses the supply base of category. Negotiates and contracts with suppliers.
•Drives procurement activities in terms of operational support
•Projects based works in close interconnection with the internal stakeholders.
•Utilizes supply chain and financial modeling tools
•Manages and qualifies supplier performance.
•Executes risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operation strategies.
•Identifies savings capabilities and drives saving versus target.
•Identifies common contract risk areas. Negotiates acceptable contracting outcomes using prepacked solutions
•Ensure Luxoft is well contractually protected and is utilizing best terms and conditions for commercial contracts on the market; Luxoft Policies & Procedures are followed and operations run according to Luxoft approval processes


Mandatory Skills Description:
must have: fluent English
experience with HR services area (heatlh insurance, payroll, benefits)
ability to work with wide diversity of locations and countries


Nice-to-Have Skills:
Oracle ERP
Jira experience
Ukrainian language is a plus

English: C2 Proficient Ukrainian: B2 Upper Intermediate
