Senior Project Manager (Payment) (offline)

Responsibilities:
Communication with partners in the development of payment integrations.
Analysis of incoming requirements;
Grooming tasks with the team and/or other departments;
Statement, planning, and evaluation of tasks;
Monitoring the implementation of tasks on time (working with deadlines and a team of ~ 13 people);
Filling out PM documentation;
Experience with Payment Systems, Billing;
Experience with PCI DSS (certification process);
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other certifications related to PM and Agile;
Experience building new development teams, including hiring, team building, and onboarding/training strategies.

Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a project manager in a product company.
Lead multiple projects and managed a team of 13+ people;
Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall);
Experienced user of Atlassian.

Will be plus:
Experience with API documentation and Payment Systems, Billing;
Experience in requirements analysis, labor estimation, project planning, risk, and change management;
Good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate;
Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions;
Knowledge of English is not lower than intermediate.
