Senior Java Developer (offline)

Job Summary
As part of a development technology team, an individual analyzes business requirements and problems and drives research to design quality technical solutions. Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Is able to make judgments and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Java
• GCP or AWS (strong knowledge), micro-services
• Familiarity with natural language processing and image analytics
• Selection, training, evaluation and tuning of the modern deep learning models: CNNs & visual transformers, text transformers & NLP
• Joint models for attribute extraction from image and unstructured text data:multi-label classification based on hybrid image-NLP models
• Python ecosystem
• Intermediate+ English

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and subsystems.
• May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.
• May recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies
• Ensures proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage
