Requirements

Desired Skills and experience:

Higher education degree in Economics/Finance/ Accounting/ Audit;
At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the role of Chief Accountant, Deputy;
Chief Accountant in an international IT/Tech company;
Good English skills;
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Tax accounting, reporting of local tax legislation;
Strong knowledge of Accounting of export of services (IT services);
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in 1C:Trade Management, MS Office (Excel, Word);
Ability to work as a single accountant;
Must be proactive, prompt, precise, accurate, responsible and goal-oriented;
Good at multitasking and priorities setting, available to meet strict deadlines;
Excellent communication skills.

It will be a plus:

Recommendations from the previous places of work will be a plus;
Good understanding of IT Accounting workflow;
Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
Understanding of an “arm length” principle for transactions with international entity (transfer pricing);
Proven successful experience in financial processes/systems design and improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Organizing and processing all primary documents;
Preparation and execution of current documentation for all company’s operations;
Conducting of payments and invoices;
Cooperation with banks, notary, state institutions, tax authorities;
Preparation of tax returns, budget fees reports;
Payroll to full-time and part-time employees: calculation and payment of wages of employees;
Preparation of Enterprise Orders (for core activities, for administrative work, for employees);
Maintaining personnel documentation for employees, vacation schedules, hiring, dismissal, etc.;
Ensuring the preparation of processed documents, registers, and reports for storage for a specified period;
Сonducting of inventory work at the enterprise;
Creating, signing and recording documents of fixed assets’ transferring;
Cooperation with PE Accountant;
Conducting of invoicing and collaboration with International Individual Entrepreneurs;
Putting data to 1C, preparation reports in M.E.Doc, using Vchasno for documents turnover;
Monitoring and reporting on amendments changes in accounting policies in order to timely respond to changes in legislation;
Optimization of the accounting process, design and continuous improvement and implementation of accounting policies;
Control of contracts — financial, tax risks;
Reconciliation of payable and receivable accounts;
Analysis and management reporting, prepare ad hoc accounting and management accounting reports (Monthly Trial Ballance, PNL);
Budget preparation on monthly basis;
Preparation Company’s Financial Statements on quarterly basis;
Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to support and strengthen internal controls;
Developing accounting procedures specific to the company;
Cooperate with controlling authorities;
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
