Theyโve gotten over 1800 tutors working so far in 2022 and continued growth means that they need an additional person to support the existing team by replying to email inquiries from parents, students, and tutors who are already engaged with the business.

โพExperience in Customer Support โ 1 year
โพStrong command of the English language and the ability to write professional and engaging emails quickly
โพPrevious experience in customer service and administrative roles for English-speaking users
โพPrevious experience where the candidateโs work is predominantly writing in English
โพStrong administrative skills
โพAvailability Mon-Fri 5-7 hours per day
โพBasic computer skills in general
โพBe proactive
โพEnglish level โ Upper-intermediate (Speaking), Fluent (Writing).

โพReplying to email inquiries from existing parents and tutors
โพReplying to email inquiries from prospective tutors who want to work with the Company
โพTaking relevant actions in their software system
โพVarious administrative, process-oriented tasks that support operations
โพThe candidate will be working on email support in two areas of the business: Customer Service, and, Tutor Recruitment
โพThe main KPIs in the role are emails sent per hour and user feedback about the responses
โพIn case there is a low workload, the support specialist might be assigned to other tasks like writing posts for social media.
