SMM Manager (offline) to $2000

About You

• Experience in SMM: development of content plans and headings, writing posts, running interactives, setting tasks for designers, communication with users and other brands (at least 2 years).
• Successful cases of social media strategy creation and implementation in the portfolio.
• Can generate unbelievably cool ideas and bring them to life.
• Keep an eye on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application.
• Strong communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.
• Experience working in startups.

Must be ok working later hours at least until 2:30 PM NYC

About The Role

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and brands schedule.
• Create and manage a narrative for Social Media feeds, according to a brand vision and strategy.
• Be a holder of a communication process throughout all Social Media channels for Ultiself brands/projects.
• Collaborate with other teams, like brand marketing and customer support to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor customer reviews and identify negative spikes in communication on Social Media in cooperation with Customer Support dpt.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
