Senior Data Analyst (Romania, Bucharest) (offline)

About The Position

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help with data processes, modeling, and analysis within the company. You will be part of the Data team and work closely with product, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

 Design and oversee reports, dashboards, KPIs and metrics to analyze and optimize different
aspects of the company’s performance, across departments.
 Analyze large, complex datasets to address ad-hoc and long-term operational and strategic
business questions.
 Model data trends and identify user groups.
 Draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable insights from data.
 Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
 Build relationships with stakeholders and processes around data deliverables to ensure data-
driven decisions can be made at all levels across BLEND.
 Collaborate with all teams at BLEND, driving and supporting data and analytics related projects.
 Monitor business KPIs and metrics to review the progress of the company’s business goals and
alert about deviations.
 Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval,
etc and escalate when required.

Requirements:

 BA or BS in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, Information
Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
 3+ years of work experience as a data analyst
 Proficient with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
 Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Social Campaigns, SalesForce, Dynamics – experience working with
data from disparate systems.
 Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
 English – at least Upper-Intermediate as must
 Experience in working with AWS (Spark, Glue, S3, Redshift, Spectrum)- an advantage
 Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously
 Ability to work independently, pick things up quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
