Talent Sourcer / Lead generation manager (for part_time projects) (offline)

We are extending our in-house Online Marketing Team and looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer (for part time projects) to join us full-time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- search for potential candidates based on the defined criteria

- search for potential clients based on the defined criteria

- outreaching to the clients / candidates

- ongoing communication with the clients / candidates

- vendors database maintenance- regular reporting

- additional marketing-related tasks


We are looking for a person with:

- higher education - Upper-intermediate English
- at least 1 year of past experience working in the office
- readiness to do basic HR calls (it won't be only written communication)
- confident Excel skills to do reports and optimize own job
- past experience in a similar roles (managing freelancers, for instance) would be a huge plus
- past experience in LinkedIn leadgen (work in SalesNavigator and automation tools) will be a huge plus
- fast learner and proactive approach
