ABOUT YOU:
— 3+ years of experience in Social Media Manager position with at least 1 year leading a team;
— Successful cases of social media strategy creation and implementation in the portfolio;
— Can generate unbelievably cool ideas and bring them to life;
— Keep an eye on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
— Strong communication skills;
— Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.
YOUR IMPACT:
— Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and brands schedule;
— Create and manage a narrative for Social Media feeds, according to a brand vision and strategy;
— Be a holder of a communication process throughout all Social Media channels for BetterMe brands/projects;
— To stuff and manage Social Media team;
— Collaborate with other teams, like brand marketing and PR, content and customer support to ensure brand consistency;
— For the upcoming activities: set specific objectives and report on ROI;
— Monitor customer reviews and identify negative spikes in communication on - Social Media in cooperation with Customer Support dpt.;
— Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc);
— Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
— Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
