Business Analyst/Product owner

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our software engineering capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Requirements:
— Ability to process raw information in order to create documentation for DEV/QA teams;
— Creating, analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases;
— Understanding of Agile principles;
— Ability to identify user problems and use cases, with an understanding of the business value behind these use cases;
— Competitors analysis skills;
— Knowledge of SCRUM;
— Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
— Excellent English;

Role and responsibilities:
— Gather requirements from diverse Stakeholders;
— Cooperate with development, quality assurance, design team, etc;
— Support and, if necessary, replace Product Owners;
— Create, validate and track various documentation (User stories, bugs, flowcharts, diagrams, use cases, etc)
— Participate in project coordination: estimation, planning and other related activities;
— Participate in testing, which includes test case creation and review, user acceptance testing (UAT);
— Validate applicable documents with corresponding teams, etc. mockups with design and FE team, diagrams, PBIs and flows with BE team, etc;
— Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;
— Participate in and/or lead daily SCRUM meetings;
— Control requirements on each step of development;
