QA Engineer to join SaaS Product Agency (offline) $600-1500

The primary focus at the beginning will be building out test cases and test coverage for the product. As well as Manual QA of the new features the development team is working on.

And then potentially move towards QA Automation.

About you

You are a QA Engineer with commercial experience in testing web/mobile applications (SaaS). You can see the product through and have product & business needs in mind when doing QA.

You have decent technical skills (or at least a solid understanding of the dev process). So you can see the Product Idea through and be aligned with a development team.

You are willing to give feedback to team members to ensure delivering a product up to requirements. And you're able to make decisions to help reach product goals.

You are ready to commit at least 40 hours per week.


Your skills & experiences

✅ 1+ year of commercial experience as a QA Specialist
✅  Experience as a QA Engineer for web/mobile applications
✅  Have experience working with Web/Mobile App Development team (Frontend React Developer, Backend Node Developer, UI/UX Designer)
✅  Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅  English - Intermediate or higher (to be able to read product documentation in English)
✅  Ability to give feedback to team members
✅  Being able to establish quality standards and define QA processes
✅  Understanding of the development cycle (preferably have technical skills)


What you’re going to be doing

🔹 Communicate with project manager and take part in Sprint Planning sessions to understand requirements
🔹  QA for finished tasks to ensure they are aligned with product requirements and up to standards.
🔹  Communicate with Team and facilitate issues resolution
🔹  Writing test cases & building out QA documentation
🔹  Making regular test runs through the test cases to ensure the stability of the product
🔹  Help manage and prioritize bugs
🔹 Provide feedback and ideas for improvements
