HR People Partner

HR People Partner role includes: maintaining current processes across dedicated teams and applying your expertise to streamline and implement new HR practices.
It will be an advantage, if you worked with processes automation and you have experience in large international companies.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as HR specialist in a medium or large size company;
Experience in building and implementing HR processes and developing HR tools;
Proven experience with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, learning and development, satisfaction feedbacks, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding);
Experience in use and implementation of various HRMS;
Knowing and understanding HR data and metrics;
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
Experience with international markets and teams;
Experience with budgeting;
Ability to work in a team;
High level of responsibility;
True people person;
Flexible, ready for dynamics and changes.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of current processes, improvement and implementation of new processes for scaling them up;
Support employee lifecycle processes in dedicated teams;
Communication and building long-term relationships with clients;
Consulting and implementation of processes for the company's entry into IT markets of Poland and Portugal;
Close cooperation of team leaders and managers;
Analysis of business needs and selection of HR tools;
Conduct market research to understand salary ranges and labor laws for our key areas of operation;
Development of event concepts (entertainment and educational).

As a plus:

Knowledge of Polish, Portuguese or Spanish languages;
Participation in the development of an internal HR system in the company;
Knowledge and understanding of human psychology.
