Requirements:
β Upper-intermediate English is a must (written);
β From 1Y of experience in pre-sales, SDR or outreach specialist positions;
β Ability to maintain good sales written communication to convert warm replies to the intro calls;
β Ability to handle communication from 20+ mailboxes and 10+ social media accounts on a daily basis;
β Out of the box thinking (Not just working by templates, but being able to analyze prospects data, search for signals / newsbreaks to write converting emails and messages);
β Understanding of IT technologies, and sales processes;
β Team player and a quick learner;
β Good performance while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
β Handling the written communication with potential customers (replied from different outbound channels) to convert warm replies to the intro calls
β Arranging intro/demo calls, sending follow ups and notifications before call
β Work with CRM system (we use Pipedrive)
β Working with portfolios, presentations
β Writing a good sales copy
