Customer Service Associate (English) (offline) to $900

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Respond to chat requests on website.
β€’ Answer inbound phone calls to the customer service line.
β€’ Monitor/Reply to customer service email inbox
β€’ For all communications channels, promptly reply or route to another team member if
escalation or assistance is required.
β€’ Answer frequently-asked questions including, but not limited to:
β€’ Basics of ordering
β€’ Order Status
β€’ Shipment Tracking
β€’ Explanation of pricing, decoration/customization
β€’ Basic product information
β€’ How to use site (search, cart/checkout, eGift feature, etc.)
β€’ Escalate questions, including, but not limited to:
β€’ CG Elite Platform inquiries
β€’ Existing CG Elite customer requests
β€’ Technical issues/bugs
β€’ Requests for credits/refunds
β€’ Other special requests, or questions beyond the FAQs

Required Skills:
β€’ Strong written and verbal communication.
β€’ Ability to use basic technology/software (e.g. soft phone, chat software, email client, etc.)
β€’ Ability to multi-task and manage a queue of inbound requests (chats, phone calls, etc.)
β€’ Customer-first attitude, empathy and ability to resolve customer questions and concerns in a
professional, calm manner.
β€’ Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision in a remote environment.
β€’ Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
