Requirements
Key Accountabilities
Daily support for internal end users;
Setup and config new laptops (Apple) for new and existing employees;
Onboarding of IT services to new employees;
User account management;
Hardware/IT equipment inventory management;
Communication with service centers and suppliers on warranty repairs;
Contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member;
Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress;
Manage issue resolution and critically escalate;
Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments;
Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working;
Support organization's other priority activities, when necessary;
Act as an Omilia ambassador.
Knowledge, skills & experience
Academic degree in IT, Computer Science or related field;
1-2 years of working experience in relevant role;
Familiarity with end user support and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge in:
Computer Networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, etc);
Operating systems (Windows / Linux);
Scripting language (bash, Python);
Active Directory;
Virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Proxmox);
Strong communication skills;
Verbal & written proficiency in English.
Nice to have
Experience in MacOS troubleshooting;
Experience in MDM platforms (eg. JAMF);
Experience in Ticket systems.
