IT Recruiter (for Unreal) Offline

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS:

- Experience from 2 years in full-cycle recruiting: from search to hiring;

- Experience closing vacancies in Unreal;

- High quantitative and qualitative indicators in the closure of vacancies;

- Orientation to results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactiveness;

- Developed communication skills, negotiation skills and objections handling skills;

- Possession of direct search techniques;

- English - Intermediate level.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Active participation in closing Unreal vacancies

- Support for candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;

- Assessment of resumes and interviews with candidates;

- Working with job sites, social networks and other sources;

- Timely closing of vacancies.
