Customer Support Specialist (Email)

Our client provides life-changing tutoring services to students in need around Australia.
They’ve gotten over 1800 tutors working so far in 2022 and continued growth means that they need an additional person to support the existing team by replying to email inquiries from students, parents, tutors.

Experience in Customer Support – 1 year
Strong command of the English language and the ability to write professional and engaging emails quickly
Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles for English-speaking users
Previous experience where the candidate’s work is predominantly writing in English
Strong administrative skills
Availability Mon-Fri 5-7 hours per day
Basic computer skills in general
Be proactive
English level – Upper-intermediate (Speaking), Fluent (Writing)

Replying to email inquiries from existing parents and tutors
Replying to email inquiries from prospective tutors who want to work with the Company
Taking relevant actions in their software system
Various administrative, process-oriented tasks that support operations
The candidate will be working on email support in two areas of the business: Customer Service, and, Tutor Recruitment
The main KPIs in the role are emails sent per hour and user feedback about the responses
In case there is a low workload, the support specialist might be assigned to other tasks like writing posts for social media

Current team setup:
The candidate will coordinate with several other team members in each department in order to learn the business and will collaborate ongoingly to perform the job function.
