TAG Automation Program Facilitator Offline

The Global TAG Automation team is responsible for constant process improvement, change management, and TAG function efficiency improvement via automation.

 

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups including executives, managers, and technical staff;

- Experience in user training;

- Effective presenting abilities;

- Ability to convert data into comprehensive presentations;

- Understanding of Recruitment process Automation is a big plus;

- Working knowledge of change management principles;

- High self-responsibility level;

- Collaborative team-player with the ability to partner cross-regionally;

- Experience in technology companies with a service component;

 

Responsibilities:

- Become an Expert in GL Talent Acquisition automation tools;

- Ensure user success through process creation/refinement, effective product adoption, product quality remediation, development and management of get-well plans, executive communications;

- Proactively engage with users utilizing data insights to monitor adoption, guiding them to recognize the greater value of tools;

- Ensure adoption Popularize TAG tools and platforms Globally;

- Implement change-management principles to ensure high-quality tool adoption;

- Proactively seek ways to grow user engagement across platforms;

- Conduct training for users;

- Create training materials, incl. videos, and presentations for users;

- Develop and execute adoption plan;

- Run reporting on usage of tools;

- Increase the level of usage of tools Globally;

- Collect feedback on potential improvements and cooperate with development teams for implementation;
