PTC Creo Expert (offline)

Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and experience with PTC CREO (min. 2 years)
- Experience with WINDCHILL would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of English; German even better

Responsibilities:
-Create 3D models and 2D drawings based on existing references using PTC CREO software.
- Save and manage the created models and drawings using the WINDCHILL database.
- Develop mechanical solutions, components and elements for water supply, firefighting equipment and valves n PTC Creo.
- Working with new designs and design improvements.
- Developing technical design documentation
- Contribute to the process of maturity for a prototype, pre-serial production and serial production.
- Collaboration with R&D, Service, Production.

Interview stages:
1)HR-inteview, video call(up to 40 minutes)
2)Test task(paid in any case: correct/incorrect completion)
3)Technical interview with the project team(up to an hour)

Example of test task:

Task1
- simplification of 2D/3D
- The background is that we want to make the external design be publicly available, but hide the design of internal parts because it is intellectual property.
- Important:
- Remove internal parts
- Smoothen the shape
- For variants DN: 80, 125 and 200 etc.

Task2
- Rendering
-The background is that we do not want to make photo-pictures of products, but instead make renderings with 4d Cinema in good quality – like photos.

Task3
- BIM family creation in Revit of products and different DN (up to 25 variations): e.g. 80, 500 and 1600
- Important parameters for BIM creation include:
- Face-to-Face length
- General geometry, shape and impression
- Colors
- Family file if possible (look at references)

Task4
- From 2D pdf drawing create a 2D and 3D in PTC Creo
