Junior Customer Support Specialist (offline) $400-600

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

What we’d like to see:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Upper intermediate or Intermediate written English skills;
• Willingness to work night shifts and on the weekends (as we provide 24/7 coverage);
• An experienced PC user (Microsoft Windows/Linux knowledge, working with documents and tables);
• Attention to details.

Will be a plus:
• Previous experience in the Custom Support field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of customer issues that have been reported and see them through to resolution;
• Respond to support queries via chat and email;
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

What we offer:
• Working schedule (32-36 hours per week):
weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday: 8 hours) — 7 to 16:00
weekend (Sunday: 12-hour day shifts or 8-hour shifts) — 3 to 16:00 or ​​7 to 16:00
• 21 paid vacation days per 12-month period, 10 paid days for sick leaves;
