We are looking for a German customer support specialist to join our team.


Dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically (e.g. online chat and email)
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Handling and resolving customer queries
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product inquiries
Providing pricing and delivery information
Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person
Keeping records of any chat or email with customers and any actions taken

German language Upper-Intermediate or higher (can read, correspond and speak in German)
English Intermediate
Еxperience in Customer Service, understanding of supporting process and principles
Proven time management, strong organizational and follow up skills
Proactive, customer focused, self-motivated, self-organized and responsible
Attention to details
Good abstract thinking
