Customer support manager on the essay project

One of our company's projects to help students write student papers in the European and American market is wanted: Customer support manager for a part-time.

We are looking for an active and committed person who can handle non-standard tasks and require minimal supervision.

A great option for students or people without work experience.

Working Conditions:

Interesting project in the field of education;
Schedule is 2pm to 8pm or 12pm to 10pm;
3-4 days a week, including weekends;
Rate per hour $3.


You can communicate with anyone on any topic, in chat or over the phone.


Checking of order details, clarification of missing information, including independent search of information;
Searching for a doer of the order (from the database of performers);
Communicating with customers in chat and over the phone;
Handling complaints, refunds and additional discounts;
Communication with performers on orders;
Resolving disputes between customers and performers;
The work is mostly written, 10-20% calls per shift, the rest emails, chats and messages.

Must be willing to complete a test assignment.
