Full stuck developer/ Team Lead (offline)

We are looking for a self-starter with a record of accomplishment and a drive to learn. As lead full-stack engineer, you would immediately play an integral role in the firm’s operations and, ultimately, its success by working in a highly visible and highly accountable position that collaborates directly with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
● Work with cutting-edge technologies and introduce improvements to our stack, end-user experience, business processes, and workflows via rapid prototypes/proof-of-concepts
● Develop across the stack on web applications using AWS cloud-based computing environments
● In collaboration with the engineering leadership, discuss, formulate, and document an architecture vision of the project
● Continuously improve team productivity, code quality, tool, and technology adoption
● Consistently write production-ready and testable code
● Consider scalability, reliability and performance when defining technical designs
● Push the limits of what can be achieved with JavaScript and a web browser.
● Contribute to our culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements:

● 6 to 8 years of experience with custom web development skill set (preferably with React on the Frontend and NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS Microservices on the Backend)
● Experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies
● Comfortable with securing a production container ecosystem in a continuous delivery environment
● Proficiency with object oriented languages such as Typescript and Python
● Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices
● Proven understanding of CI/CD and application monitoring tools
● Experience with relational databases and proficient in SQL
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
